This cart is structurally sound, made of wood, and the wheels in fact work as intended. No prop wheels on this cart.

It was sprayed for a brush free finish and brush sealed with Modern Masters Dead Flat to keep the matte chalk paint look.

Use this cart to display your bottled beverages and glasses.
