Kona Fluted MCM Style Console / Buffet

New build console / buffet made out of solid red oak boards. The base was also made out of one 1" x 3" x 6' red oak and one 2" x 2" x 3' red oak. DIY Wife tutorial was followed for design and build process. 

Entire piece was stained with Varathane Oil Based Stain in the color Kona. The stain was sprayed to achieve more solid color and overage.

It was then sealed with 3 coats of Minwax Fast Drying Oil Based Polyurethane in Satin (added 25% Ultra Flat).

Inside has been painted white for visibility and easy clean up. Recessed shelf supports installed for customizable shelf placement. Modern wallpaper on the back panel adds a fun surprise.
